Stop employers from using and enforcing stereotypical Male and Female job roles in employment. When creating jobs, also look at the hiring practices of employers. Are they blind when placing the genders in certain departments or do they have a preference and if so, why?
Here are a few examples:
If you owned a bakery in any downtown in any given city, which gender would you hire to work at the registers and wait on customers? & which gender would you hire to work in the "back" baking, cooking, cleaning, basically the heavy, dirty work?
If you owned a flower shop, which gender would you hire to work in the store arranging flowers etc, etc.? & which gender would you hire to do deliveries of the flowers?
If your answers to the questions were on the thinking of " IT DOESN'T MATTER " then we're good!
but, if your answers were on the thinking of " PREFERENCE " then we have a problem!
Why would Mr. McGee hire Jane over John, both have the same credentials. Maybe he rather look at sexy Jane everyday he comes to work than to have to look at john.
Who do I trust more, Jane or John, or who is more trustworthy?
Who would look better in my store or who would the customers be more accepting/comfortable with?

Women's pro-choice vs. Men's no-choice. Nearly 50 years ago the American government relieved women of their parental responsibility by naming it "sexual freedom", but we all know what they really got. whether to decide if our children lived or died. It's a good thing that most women don't believe in abortion, but nevertheless it's there if they want it.
Today, with government-backed national feminist laws, mandates for government and employers to pay for contraceptives (only for women) we as men have no sexual freedom, we are the only gender held responsible (regardless of marital status) financially of children that we don't want or did not intend to have.
where's our right to whore around and not be obliged to take parental responsibility, why should men be refused reproductive rights? the government is always preaching gender equality, but we all know this is bullshit! I personally don't agree with men not taking care of their children, but this is suppose to be a democratic country and what is good for one gender should be good for the other, if we are so-called equal.
Safe Haven Laws make it easy for a woman who feels guilty about having a abortion to leave their baby at hospitals, fire stations etc, etc. A man's choice is to simply not have sex or wear a condom, which is not 100% safe. What this equals is government discrimination against male sexuality and reproduction.
I ask the American and western Governments to stop their war on men and fathers.

DOES THE SUPREME COURT FINALLY SEE FEMINIST MANDATES & LAWS FOR WHAT THEY REALLY ARE....
Propaganda, overkill, women's rights run amok. In recent years we have seen and heard of these unnecessary feminist mandates some without proof, like "equal pay act" . Women's healthcare act"
"violence against women act", now we all know that there's violence against women, but that can be said about everybody. So what makes women soo special that they need a mandate from the government? Are their lives more important than mine? If we were to go on facts, there's more men that are killed (on any given year) in America than women. I mean, shit! I don't even think there's a "violence against children act"!!!
The national media is now asking "is there a war on women & women's rights" the answer to that is NO! because every time you turn around it's women, women, women. Obama with his women rights mandates ( as if women were some kind of aliens from another world).
You have the Media & politicans constantly talking about women's rights and how there going to protect them.
What is happening is men are starting to demand more equality & treatment in social, domestic, judicial areas of our society, at the same time we are being ignored & getting push-back from these political agendas.
Contraceptives, the female health mandate. I don't agree with it, nobody should have to pay for somebody else's "sexual activities", but if it is made into a law why only for one gender?
I'm sure men wouldn't mind somebody else paying for our sexual activities. See how embolden and arrogant this mandate was, it makes no sense!
We also have to deal with a sitting President who violates his own mandates. I think it's safe to say that this President practices "male gender discrimination" which nobody has addressed and publicly has called him out on.
I think everyone would agree that sexual intercourse is a mutual consentrual act between a man and a woman, so when it comes to abortion why is women the only ones to decide, I know women don't take abortion lightly, but no matter what you believe you are not in this alone. Fathers should have the right to be fathers if they so wish, regardless of marital status. Fathers should have the right to protect their unborn children. Abortion should only be allowed in cases of rape & risk of death to mother.
We are NOT against women's rights, we want women to have equal rights, but when being equal is not convenient you want specical treatment which makes you unequal.

For one, it discriminated against males (Obama only advocated for one gender). Two, it disregarded the rights of religion and very self-centered.
This was just another way for government & the Obama administration to relieve women of their responsibility.
Why should your job or anybody (for that matter) have to pay for your sexual habbits. it's insane, right!!
Feminist keep saying "my body my choice" well, if you beileve that then pay for it yourselves!

I AM A HUMAN BEING, FIRST. & A MAN, SECOND.
"Be a man, take care of yours". "Take responsibility, stand up and be a man". We hear these words all the time, words that try to attack your manhood to belittle you. In this day & age, where being and acting "male" is politically-incorrect.
Men today are fighting an up-hill battle in all aspects of their lives, inequality towards men is being ignored. Men's Health Care for example is under funded, our lives are less important than a women's life. Criminal Justice System & Corrections, women serve less time for the same crimes committed by men, have lower bails and more visitations with physical contact than men. Don't even let me get started on the Family Court System, I can go on and on.
Some say men shouldn't be made to pay child support for a child they don't want. A woman can have baby, get a abortion or adoption a man doesn't have a choice, or does he. The only choice he has is not to have sex( "my body, my choice" or "my wallet, my choice"). We do see some questionable paternity's that were thrusted on men who did not want children. I wanted to be in my kids lives, but when you have the mother, the court and cps against you and poor, it's hard when there's no enforcement against male gender discrimination in parenthood.
Look at who created and started Child-Support, the federal government. To recoup the aid money that they send to States that give it to (the majority) single mothers. Most of the money isn't even spent on the child, it goes back to gov't. The gov't says it's child-support but its actually a fine against unwed fathers because they are not married ( some mothers do pay C.S. but the majority are fathers)
Fathers should only be made to pay C.S. if with a clear head and mother had no ill-will to stick him with a unwanted child, but knew the out come of his actions and used no protection, but refused to support the child, then and only then should he pay.
The State Of Utah (because of spotlight) changed a few laws to give a "bow" to fathers but still no real change that would give fathers equal footing to mothers.
The State Of New Jersey a court there now says that a biological father has no right to be in the delivery room, well I say, she had no problem with him being in the bedroom!! I mean WHAT! it's his baby too com'on
The government needs to make some of these mothers get off their fat asses and get jobs, stop punishing just fathers because it took two people to make that baby.
Start celebrating the differences between male and female, not promote one over the other. We are all in this together, we are two consenting adults that made a conscious decision together!

You have to remember that unwed mothers are still the only parent that has automatic custody and rights to their children which in-turn makes them responsible for their situation ( im not advocating marriage ) but joint custody would be the right thing to do. 2. Financial Slavery(childsupport) does not always go to the child/children, some states unlawfully use it to pay back unemployment, back taxes etc. from parents who they think owes. The unwed mothers also use the money on other things instead of spending it on the child, ( this is why unwed fathers want the Parental Rights Bill to include childsupport accountability, to make sure that its being spent on the child ) As the other parent, we would rather unwed fathers be granted the same parent rights as unwed mothers, this would aleaviate that problem.
3. These women are chooseing to be single, to not work and have the taxpayer pay for their responsibilities.
4. Women today aren't being paid less then men. this is a myth, women maintained and got more jobs than men before, during and after the Great Resession. Their are more women then men attending and graduating colleges than ever before.
5. Feminism is sometimes a double edged sword. Like slavery used to be, it has been pounded so far back into our heads, "oh, it should be natural for a mother to have sole custody of the offspring"

OBAMA, Since his presidentcy started, he has only advocated for women, now what if this was a race of people, there would be a big outcry, right!. so why wasn't there a big outcry for men's rights when the President, of all people, was and still is practising gender discrimination. Women are subjecting themselfves to poverty (if any) "because" of feminism, women can only blame women!

YES, FATHERS DON'T GIVE BIRTH AND WE DON'T CARRY OUR CHILD FOR 9 MONTHS, BUT WE ARE THE OTHER HALF OF THE EQUATION AND WE ALSO DESERVE OUR 14TH AND 9TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS PROTECTED AS WELL.
WE LIVE TO SEE A AMERICA THAT RECOGNIZES THAT THEIR IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UNWED FATHERS AND UNWED MOTHERS AND THAT THE LAST BASTION OF DISCRIMINATION (IT BEING MALE) IN THIS COUNTRY IS FINALLY RECOGNIZED. WHAT HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED AND LONG BEEN DENIED US : EQUAL AND AUTOMATIC PARENTAL RIGHTS FOR UNWED FATHERS AND THE AMBOLISHMENT OF FINANCIAL SLAVERY AND THE BEGINNING OF NATIONAL JOINT CUSTODY.
